Over the last 10 years of coaching, I’ve learned to manipulate every style and teach my clients a little of everything. Holding myself and everyone else around me accountable as well is a BIG factor in everyone’s success. Molding someone into an overall athlete is my main goal and purpose.
Why did you become a coach?
Being overweight and always in and out of nutritionists’ offices made me realize how important health and overall wellness is. My personal reason for becoming a coach is to help as many people as I can achieve a level of fitness they’ve always dreamed of going after.
